Just had my variation report through which I have approved, so hopefully variation meeting in 28 days. Looking at the report I can't see why they would turn the offer down.

I have £2100 in arrears but have paid them back almost double the orginal dividend.

Will update again once I have the meeting date.

Its really annoying, told me to phone if I hadnt heard by 3pm. So I did and left a message to be called back. Then emailed and just had a response to say they are busy doing paperwork so may call me later today or tomorrow morning.

How hard is it to say whether or not it was accepted?

Upset now, was hoping to be celebrating at this point.

Sometimes I think they forget we are human beings and the huge impact an IVA has on a persons life.

Its been five years! I don't want to wait until tomorrow!
