Hi I am really here reading posts to cheer me up and show me how many lovely people have gone through what we are. We have had some tough few years after a business failed we decided to go for a F+F by a re-mortgage however due to the current market issues this fell through (what timing eh?) so now we have decided to do a standard IVA. Our IP has all our information we were just about ready to get figures etc and this week we get a court notice for one of our debts to be added to our property and a letter for attachment to earnings! Great now our IP has to deal with this thus delayed even more. I feel on edge every day and just wonder who will be at the door next. I know our IP will do a fantastic job and are doing all they can but this waiting is very nerve wrecking. It’s a strange feeling being so close but yet we have not paid in so long it could all go wrong and we could only have BR as an option. Hope someone can cheer me up lol

Hope things work out right for you and I am sure they will ,even if it just takes a little longer to get your IVA off the ground. You will know yourself that you are heading in the right direction,and hopefully before too long some light will appear at the end of a long dark tunnel.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

Yep your right plasticdaft and it was soooo easy to get in this mess lol Oh well got a cheap holiday curtsey the sun newspaper to wales in a few weeks so thats something to look forward to.
