There is no court fee for an IVA and whilst on benefit an IVA is not the solution to your debt problems!. Do you mean bankruptcy - if so I believe it is a reduced fee payable to those on benefit.

Hi Lula,
I have just checked with my neighbour, yes it is for bankruptcy.
Any idea how much the reduced fee is?

Hi,

I just checked this out the other day for my mother-in-law,

If on benefits the court fee of £150 can be waived, but you will still jave to pay the Official Receiver's fee of £335

Hope this helps!

Just to warn you the total fee has just increased to £495 so one of those two figures will be £10 more.
