hi andy i have put a link in the forum but i think it maybe an advertizment it has a warning message on it, it is an allowance that people are not being told about that we are entitled to the thing is they charge £94 for the service if anyone can come up with a better solution so we get our owed money i am open to ears have you any ideas about it???

I deleted the link, I thought the link was for a company advertising that they can claim money back for a fee, not any government scheme. I'll let Andy look at it properly.

hi if you go to social posts it is in there called= claim what is yours it is totally genuine the government just hasnt advertized the allowance owed the thing is we dont know how to go about getting it done for free

Viki did what she felt was right, advertising isn't allowed on here as a rule. We will see what Andy says.

that might be so but the amount of poor people on here that will lose out because i assure you it is genuine but i need to make more enquerys about getting it done for free i was thinking of going to the CAB for advise .i am just trying to help i am not deliberatly advertising anyone its just money that would come in handy to people on here in debt i just feel a bit miffed

I'm sure Andy will put the link back in if he feels that it is ok. You hear so many horror stories on here about companies charging a fee promising to get money back, I did what I thought was right.

yes i agree totally with what you have done[:D] cant be on with spammers and sharks but i just want to see people get their money they are entitled to

I'm not disputing that it is genuine, although I haven't seen it as I have been at work.

You have to accept that as moderators we are told to delete advertising links, and this is what we do. Quite a lot of people get upset by this, but I can assure you it is not personal.

If Andy agrees that it is ok, then fine.

If people were able to get money back, would they have to pay it across to their IVA's?

it would depend on their clauses mine is anything over £500 after taxed is to be halved but to get anything out of sending a letter back is worth it.
