Review due after one year Sept 2008...but bcause of hubbies £3k payrise an earlier review of our I&E was done - it was agreed that cos of increased costs no change to our payments - we have thatin writing from them.
To be on the safe side I emailed this week to ask whether the review done a few months ago (June) was taken as the review for the year,or whether a further review would be done now that 12 months has passed .... i received a email response back stating that no further review would be done !

If that is the case, am I correct in thinking that the creditors report etc should have been sent and I should have been forwarded a copy of this???? I have asked for a copy to be sent to me for our records but have not had a response yet !

Hi Lulu

I think that you should get an annual report of your review, in saying that I didnt get one for a couple of months after, though I had been told as you that all was ok previously and that there would be no change.

Sorry to see that you cant come to ff in walsall, hopefully you can make one soon, whereabouts are you ?

Andy is right. Your Annual Report will refer to the earlier review in any event. No other review for the year is now needed. Chase next month if you don't receive one.
