way hay!!! got back off of holiday to find we have been allowed to keep a much larger amount of back pay than we ever expected :-)

next task is to get back in touch with uni :-s oh joy!!

oh yeah i already am allowed to record lecture recordings as i was diagnosed with dyspraxia last year by the uni, and had also been diagnosed before uni with depression so i was able to claim the disability element that has given me some good help, just right now its not enough for me to be able to carry on into year 3 i don't think but hey! life likes to throw these curve balls every now and then, i will come out the other side with coping strategies and ether get back into uni or go onto a different path, one that suites my abilities atm more :-)

Great news there about being able to retain a much large amount of back pay than expected.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

were now trying to decide on what to spend the money we have been left with on!
were considering a few things inc a new sofa (much needed!)
but also aspects of the garden,

what we have isn't going to make a huge change but will brighten things up :-) and will help us get the kids new uniforms ready for september! all new for our middle girl who goes up to high school and the school has a set uniform eeeeek
