They used to send unsolicitored letter, implying that your IVA may have been mis-sold as br would have been the easiest option for you. They stirred up quite a lot of confusion for people. My take on it was, ask yourself if you're happy with your IVA, if you are great, (which most people were)if not, speak to your ip about the other options available to you.
UK Bankruptcy I've never heard of but I will have a look.
