Just had a letter from this company , they knew the exact date that my IVA was accepted and they are wanting me to contact them for a better solution . Does anyone know anything about this company and what would you advise ?

Thankyou.

Dont tell us - you have been misolded your IVA ?:-) - normal crap you get from companies looking at the ivolvency register - where all you address/name and date of IVA are recorded.

Seems to be very frequent

Bin It.

They have probably acquired your details and the dtae fromn the Insolvency Register. They know nothing else about your circumstances, and so know nothing of a better solution ( for which they will want a hefty fee).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

This is a new one on me! It will be same old, same old though. They know the date your IVA started because they trawled the Insolvency Register.

Ignore them - they have no idea of your situation. If you have problems with your IVA then your IP should be your first port of call, otherwise just continue on with it as it is.

They also need to change some of the information on the site - it is somewhat out of date!
