Thats good, if you can do it five mins every hour, then it really will help. Get that towel in the dryer too, the combination of heat and cold has good healing power... My dughter got stuck by a bee on her little toe last year, the volume of the sting outweighed the space in the toe and she screamed the place down, this is what I did for her and it really helped..

Awww try strapping it to the next one, but NOT too tight, you dont want it to turn black.

Feet are my thing, I have seen many a poorly foot,, On a visit to the dentist once the dentist said, eeeee how can you deal with feet all day....... I said, you should talk...beats dealing with teeth all day....She said, like we havent heard that before... right??

Anyway, I hope you get some relief soon.. I broke my middle toe on the kerb when I was little, hurt like the devil.

I have followed peoples advice - thanks.

I have at least sat on my butt and done nothing - well finished some bits of stitching off. I have also soaked my foot a few times.

I now have a very pretty looking purple/black foot!

My mum came a rare visit (she was in the car when my dad came to assess the damage to the staircase). She bowled in and grabbed my foot to get a closer look - everyone who has read previous posts regarding my mother will know this is about typical lol. I only swore a little bit! [:I][:p][B)]

I am hoping all is well for Monday as I have to go into work.

I hate being holed up, I'm the one that runs round after everyone so am not used to just sitting here, I did manage to make the dinner on one leg though [:D][:D]

Hope everone else has had a good day! X

Sorry you have had a rubbish day, thought I'd better move to this thread lol!

What is the bait for??? I know it may be a dumb question?

I hate forgetting things, it does always cost more when you have to go twice [:(]

I have a dryer so don't have to put the heating on but it is still costly.

I'll stop depressing you further. Gonna go and sit in the bath with a huge glas of wine - got a job lot from Costco really cheap.....[:D]

Barb wish you could make it....
I owe you a real life big hug! You got me through the scariest part of this whole process!

I did have bubbles I am fortunate enough to have a whirlpool bath and it works wonders.

I am boiling now though - what's with the weather at the mo??
