Oh yes, how rubbish is it.....where does Jeremy Kyle find them guests??

I'm currently half watching Ricki Lake sewing a bit and typing a shopping list (with directions round the shop[:D]).

I have a feeling this shop will be expensive [}:)]

Are you typing a list for O/H? I couldn't trust hubby going for food, I think he purposely does a bad job so he doesn't get asked to go again.[}:)]

Got one more appt in half an hour (just round the corner) and then I'm all done! Going to help my Dad with some clearing out and then got to go see my brother and tell him about me selling.....not really looking forward to that as he will probably wonder why and ask too many questions, of which I won't be able to answer honestly! I hate telling fibs but there is absolutely no way I am telling him about my financial situation.

I need to start telling people about the sale now as I think the buyer has told loans of people and everyone knows each other.....small world and all that.

I'm glad you're relaxing, wouldn't want you to make things worse. I'm bad enough when I've just stubbed my toe, can't imagine how you're feeling hun.

You should watch some of the american soaps.....very addictive![:p]

I am writing the list for oh, I have even type on which lane he can get certain things from - how sad am I?

Good luck hun, try and keep ya cool, at the end of the day you are doing what is right for you and hubby, so it doesn't really in the grand scheme of things make any difference what he thinks, although if he is supportive it will go a long way! [:X]

I have a master list for the shopping and it is all written in aisle order so when I write the list for hubby he just has to walk from left to right! You've got to simplifiy it for them don't you?![;)]

By the way, I chickened out telling my brother, I just couldn't do it....what a wimp! I will be phoning him tomorrow, I don't want him finding out from any gossips!

How are you mentally?![:o)] Do you feel a bit happier this week? (apart from the broken toe!) I'm thinking of you. do you know when your meeting is yet? That's the problem with all this sale business, I need to have a date of the sale so I can move forward, everything seems to be going so slow.

Anyway, did you watch any american soaps? Once you start, I warn you, you will not be able to stop!

Mentally....well not too good, I have too much time on my hands to think.......not heard anything lately so I am now worried that there is a problem that wasn't seen before - am I being irrational??? I know you will tell me the truth......[:I] [:(]

As for the American soaps, sorry I couldn't do it.......Jeremy finished me off. I watched Tenacious D instead hilarious. Have you seen it?

As for your brother, well, if I were you I'd pop round and spill as soon a you can, it won't be pleasant but at least in person you can gage exactly how he feels about it. Make an excuse and get out of there if things aren't going well. Good Luck chick. XX [:D]

Hopefully some time this year!!!!! ARGH, honestly, you wouldn't believe all the problems I've had with the lease, can't really post them on here YET, but I will when it's all over.

Yeah, i'm not really coping well with this, I think I was mislead by the agent on what they actually do with regards to the sale. It turns out, they do nothing more than all the other companies. I've been left trying to negotiate for all three of us.

Anyway, I know it will all be completed soon, I'll just have to go along with it all. You know, my Mum was the one with all the business knowledge, she could negotiate anything, hopefully, I've inherited some of that, I sure could have done with her being here.

On a lighter note, we had maccies tonight......[:p]

I'm sure you have a lot of the same wonderful qualities that your mum had......you seem to be doing extremly well. Don't under estimate yourself. Hopefully this will all end for you soon so you can move on. Try and make a few calls tomorrow and get some support and advice.
I'm far from a mind of information on these issues but surely you shouldn't have to do the negotiating.....

I hope you enjoyed your Maccies, I prefer Subway out of the fastfood places...little one loves it too.
