I have just received the paperwork through for my first annual review and have noticed that I have been overpaying my overtime into my IVA. By my calculations I have overpaid over £200. Will I get this money refunded?

I am sure that if you explain this to your supervisor they will refund your money to you - but I am a little suprised that this has not also been noticed by them as well!

Thank you for your reply. I asked about Overtime payments early on in my IVA and was told pay 50%. The information sent to me now says I keep the first 10% and pay 50% of the rest. I don't know if they have sent me the wrong notes or they have changed the way overtime is dealt with.

The new IVA protocol dictates that you can keep the first 10%, so if your IVA was prepared under these guidelines the money would appear to be yours.
