So are we sayig that if you earn £1300pm after tax you can earn £1560 o/t (£130pm) before having to put anything back into the iva?

Your overtime is calculated at 10% of your earnings and anything after that is split 50/50.

No - you can earn £1,430 per month before sharing any surplus on a 50/50 basis as Jan describes above.
