Our IVA was set out over monhtly costs/budgets. We get paid weekly. The overtime clause of 10% over your take home pay send 50% and keep 50%. Is this figure on the monthly figure. ie. take home £300.00/week (£1300 monthly). So does it work on over and above £30.00 for the week or £130.00 over the month.

Sorry I hope this makes sense.

Thanks.

I imagine it would be on the weekly amount if that's how you get paid.

I'm not 100% sure though.

It would be overtime over and above £130 per month that would be payable. The modification relates to the income 'as stated in the proposal' and your income and expenditure would have been listed on a monthly basis.

I'll get it right yet! Must admit I wasn't sure about that one.

You could still be right Jan. That is only my reading of it and what I would argue to my IP.

I'm sure you are right. I suppose it needs checking with the IP.
