Overtime?

I was told on the day of my IVA approvel that there was not a request for 50% of my overtime. I am still awaiting the chairmans report, and am wondering if the 50% rule will be added to the report automatically, even if my creditors did not request it? I have to get my car through an MOT next week & tax it!! so finances very tight this month?[V]

Hi stevie

There will be no addition of this requirement unless your proposal specified that you would pay over additional monies or your creditors modified the proposal at the creditors meeting.
