we seem to be getting a lot of people starting their iva`s that are struggling at the very start i would welcome a page for advice were they can go to and make sure they havent missed anything from their I+E forms as this is one of the biggest things about an iva.

for one their present mortgage arrangments like fixed etc coming to an end this can have a big impact..

i think this would be a great idea...we didnt know what to put on our I and E...ended up missing the dog insurance and the house insurances.and never thought about haircuts or stuff like that....
there is a full and complete list on the moneyexpert website...but a lot wouldnt be allowed for in IVA....

but yeah a beginners guide to entering an IVA would be a great help
IVA completed 11th Dec 2009 due to a Full and Final with the fantastic help of Michael Peoples and

Sounds a good idea..My IP were great with the I&E though and came up with loads of things I would never have thought of such as hairdressing(we even have an allowance for hobbies each, too!)
Completion Certificate received September 2012.

Most reputable IPs ought to go through this completely with their clients, and Admin I am happy to share my expenditure matrix if this would help other forum posters. It is pretty conclusive - but of course should only be used as a guide as each case is different.
