Hi 2u2

You need to contact the ip dealing with your case asap and ask them why you have not had certificate of completion, also about the balance showing.

The IP would have called another meeting to get the agreement from all creditors that this settlement figure was acceptable, so getont them and find out what's going on, Who are you using by the way?
THE ONLY WAY IS UP :-)

Hi 2u2

You do not owe the balance of the debt, and can safely ignore the statement. If your IP has issued a dividend cheque, why have they not ceased to act and provided you with a Certificate of Due Completion yet? This is usually all effected at the same time.
