If everything was done with their agreement I cannot see that a breach has occurred. Several Freeman Jones experts post on the forum and hopefully one will pick this up and assist.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
This matter is best left to your IP to sort out for you. Hopefully one of the FJ representatives will spot this tomorrow and invite you to contact them. Seems odd that you have left a number of messages and had no response.
I am sorry that you weren’t able to get through to your Relationship Manager and that our letter caused you concern. Without looking into your IVA in more detail it is hard to say what’s going on here. Please can you email me your Freeman Jones reference number to Steve.hewitt@Freemanjones.com, so I can look into this for you.
It sounds as if we need to start from scratch with a complete review of your situation and all the various changes in circumstances you and your husband have had throughout your IVA. That way we can look at ways to help you to complete the remaining term of your arrangement.
Thank you
Steven Hewitt - a member of the team at Freeman Jones
Could you possibly have noticed by now that debtors post half truths on this forum expecting you to cave in to their unreasonable demands or risk bad publicity? This thread commenced on the 9th June - Why did you not point out Freeman Jones (and most of the civilised world) are not open on Sundays to accept phone calls?
