I tend to check mine when I need to. Before IVA I used to avoid it like the plague - didn't want to see the overdraft getting bigger and bigger!

Hi Kazzy

We were actually with Natwest and just changed to Lloyds tsb, but had cancelled paper statements. Angela said it was ok to send in the downloaded statements in as long as it had the dates on and account number - which it does. Although not sure if this is still ok for annual review? Maybe check with Angela tomorrow?

Thanks Cath. Will do. It doesn't really matter, only from the point of view of my committment to recycling and reducing the amount of paper used if unnecessary, but either way, I will need to print out a copy whether it is from the bank or the internet, so I suppose its the same. The only difference is, I'll be saving NatWest their postage and admin costs. Perhaps I will just keep the paper ones coming! Thanks for the replies everyone. Kazzy x
