Hi there and welcome to the forum

Are you going for a DMP or an IVA? If you feel happy with the service provided, is there any reason to change your provider?

Churchwood is the DMP arm of Kingsgate, so I believe. Are you looking at IVA or DMP, as far as you are aware?

Regards.

If you are happy with the service you are receiving, then I would stick with them.

We have people who post about companies on here who don't rate them, but others think they are wonderful. It's what you feel most comfortable with.

Hi unluckyone, as size5 said, Churchwood are the sister company for Kingsgate. We are with Kingsgate and have found them to be very reasonable. The only quibble we had was that we had to pay an upfront fee to Churchwood. You don't have to go through them, you can go directly to Kingsgate for no fee.

Churchwood will basically evaluate you to see if you are eligible for an IVA, if so you will be passed over to Kingsgate, if not Churchwood will propose a DMP for you. Hope this has been of help and good luck.

If you are happy with them, then that is all that matters. As long as you are comfortable with the IP then i am sure you will be confident with them. Not all IP's are for everyone. Some companies on here get bad press and others glowing reports, as long as you are happy, then that is all that matters.
