Lulu, Jan and Paul -- totally agree with your viewpoint -- which was the point I was making. However, pennykins is happy with the status quo --- hopefully her ride to debt freedom will all be as happy.
What does concern me, though, is that her IP is applying an inequitable principle (as I see it),and causing his / her clients to "suffer" (if that's the word) unnecessarily.
Financially, if not actually they are in interlocking IVA territory (his being a phantom IVA).
