well at present no-one is agreeing to 20% pay cut! W know they cant enforce it upon us so I think that there will be some negotiations on this point, so now have to wait until friday when we will see if something can be agreed or at worst we are put on notice of redundancy

Fingers crossed that it doesn't come to that.

One piece of good news today is it seem that my job is safe for the time being at least. I have had to agree to a 10% pay cut commencing in November (all heart in the lead up to xmas) so at least i have the next few weeks to sort this out with my IP. Dont know what has felt worse, waiting for my IVA to be approved or waiting to find this out, not slept properly all week

So glad your job is safe, sorry about the paycut though.

I'm glad your job is safe Omega. As Jan said I had a pay cut earlier this year, and while it wasn't good it was better than losing my job, which looked likely at one point.

Thats what I am telling myself, just really cheesed off at the fact some more bad luck this year, just when i thought everything was going well! But at least i can still keep contributing and i have been told that a new I&E and the payments may come down and my other half is looking at taking on some extra hours, so fingers crossed we will get through this
