Ang,

You'd have to try and get a reduction in the payments if you were unable to pay them the full amount.

Ang

You can reduce your IVA payments by up to 15% without the need for a creditors meeting - but better to discuss this directly with your IP who has specific knowledge of your case!

everything up in the air at minute.. rumour control working overtime!!! Hubby thinks might be ok, but we'll just have to wait and see!![:)]

well update.. again

everybody at risk will get letters this fri or monday depending on shifts!! so fingers crossed. They have been asked (told) to accept a 2% payrise as opposed to 5% which is fine.. but then they've been asked (told) that they may have to accept a 5% reduction in shift allowance, which has caused uproar, not because of greed, but the fact that office/dayshift staff will get a rise but the shift workers will lose money each month!! Management can't see what the fuss is about, so will keep you updated with this next saga!!
Hubby works 12 hour days and nights working friday, saturday and sunday every other weekend, which is hard going.. I can't see why they should be penalised!!

Well hubbys job is safe for now!! Thank God.. just got to wait to see if this is end of redundancies, and what will happen with his pay!! So fingers crossed again!!

Theres talk at my work about changing the hours which unsocial enhancements are paid. I am not a happy bunny.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

As I work for the nhs its affecting a lot of folk so the unions should keep us right!!

Sack some managers and there will be more money around!!!
