That does sound silly! If they couldn't afford to keep them on, how can they afford to pay redundancy and then re-employ them!

Seems to me that the management don't know their left from right - but good news for your hubby Andgela 18.

That is half the problem in business today - unfortunately!

well the latest is...
They have no work in the pipeline after september.. they're asking them to have a payrise of 2.7 and 2 extra days holiday (which to tell you the truth is more than I got with our best offer!!) If they acceopt this a further 2 will be paid off if not 26.. AND CAN YOU BELIEVE SOME OF THEM ARE KNOCKING IT BACK..

I'm lying awake worrying what to do.. and these greedy ***** well I just can't write on here the way I'm feeling towards them..

Literally don't know if we're coming or going!

Well lets hope they get some more work in the next few months that will extend that September black hole.

Ang, that's not good. I still say that the one's who are moaning should be the one's to go!

They should be grateful they are having a payrise at all with the number of firms who are having paycuts and hours chopped.

Ang, I really feel for you both and I have everything double crossed that it picks up in the next 6 months.

Glad it's been accepted Ang. You can breathe for a while now.

I think John is still doing the cover. Check on the experts page, all the links are on there.
