Jan

Thank you very much for your kinds words (i'm crying again)[:I]

It has only been a month, but it seems to be going very slow - i felt it was important to let Andrew know how hard it is for some people like me ( with assets like myself).

Im taking each day at a time and am looking forward to the day i can actually wake up and not think about it - i can say one thing tho - I will never get into this position again

Thank you also for your very kind words - it means so much to come on here and have support when down and give support when others need it.

You will come to terms with BR Jenny. I can remember when I walked out of court I was elated - I felt that all my problems were over. Then reality hit! I felt guilty and convinced that everyone knew I was BR - I felt like one of those cartoon characters with a big finger pointing at me and a thought bubble saying BR!

I had a migraine the evening I went to court, and after I spoke to the examiner next day I sobbed and sobbed - I think that was when reality hit me.

You will come through it though xxx

Skippy,Moneyworries and any one else who has gone Bankrupt,
i am not judging you at all, i think that you have
been very brave in coming to the decisions that you have to go for Bankruptcy.
Each one to there own devices, but i Respect everybody on the Forum who posts and i think it is Healthy to sometimes have the odd disagreement with some of the posts.

We are all trying to move forwards with our lives for the Better being it Bankruptcy,IVA or DMP.

All i can say is Good Luck To You All!!!

Andrew

I agree i think its good for all to air their views and opinions and for us to see why each of us have taken the route we have.

I dont believe you were judging but just wanted to let people know my situation.

Take care

Hi Andrew,

There are bound to be some disagreements about things on here, it would be boring otherwise, but Skippy and I felt that your posts came across as being a little judgemental.

Our concern was that anyone hovering in the background might change their minds about seeking help if they thought someone was going to 'tell them off' as it were for not being able to pay back as much as they could.

Your last post should put their minds at rest.
