I do not like this company. there have been a few who have come on here and have paid a lot up front which is lost if the IVA doesnt go through. Plus some have had meetings that up the amount, vastly and it becomes unrealistic.

I am hoping the company have changed some policies since then, 4 months is only a few payments compared to what some have paid to the company.

I do not, not, not want to give you any more grey hairs. Just make sure you stick to your guns on Wednesday.

I just hope that you'll be OK, youre amongst friends here on the forum. Lets just wait and see. Its come this far, I hope youre successful. I think NR are a little bit more accepting than they were. MBNA could be out voted.

I wish you the very best of luck.

I am so sorry, I didnt mean to make you feel worse, its just that synergi do not have rave reviews here.

It doesnt mean that yours will not be succesful. If I could give you a hug I would. Please believe I really didnt mean to make you feel worse.

Here is another hug.

Yes they win some and to be fair they wouldnt bother putting it all forward if it didnt stand a chance. Hang in there. I will be sending all the postive thoughts your way.

Good luck.

Why have you paid four payments up front to this firm? This is very unusual, and how far away from presenting the IVA are you? Have they guaranteed that you will get your money back in the event that they are not successful? And how do they intend to declare these payments in your IVA proposal?

Hi again

I know its scary but its much better to go into this eyes wide open, pit falls and all. Its a huge step. Knowledge is power here.

So you havent chosen the best company, but its not the end of the world..... Hang in there. Easier said than done I know.

lendusaquid, i went with them and they done and said everything the same to me as you, i was under the impression that what i had paid into them would be returned to me if it did not go through, i so hope you are more successful than me, i just found they drew it out over time and i paid a lot of money over to them which they kept as my iva was rejected, one thing i will say to you is do not agree with them to juggle any figures to keep creditors happy and say it will be the best for you, as this was one of the things they kept doing to me, my fingers are crossed for you a big hug on the way and hope i haven't frightened you but this company is despicable for the way they treat clients who are referred to them when they are at their lowest ebb.
good luck
kerri
