can anyone advise

I am currently off work recovering from a minor operation and last month was granted a payment break - can you ask for a payment break in successive months also I do have a bit of leeway as my IVA has facilities to extend for a further twelve months

The answer to this would depend on your IP Goulda. My advice is contact them as soon as possible to get your answer. They don't bite[:)]

Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

You can agree a break of up to three months directly with your Supervisor - as he/she can exercise discretion up to that limit withour recourse to creditors. For breaks of any longer, this would require the sanction of creditors at a newly convened creditors meeting to vary the terms.
