Payment Break. Please help!!!

My goodness, what a situation. I cannot comment on any other IP than Melanie and her team (all positive) but I for one would be very frustrated with the system the company you're with operates. I sincerely hope it's sorted for you very soon.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Just had a phonecall from DFD. They have let us reduce our payment by £500 for this month. They have told us that when we first started paying the IVA we made a larger payment than needed and now have a surplus of £730, so we do not need to increase payments to make up for the lost amount. however, what gets me is they are still asking for receipts etc. Surely if we have a surplus it doesn't matter whether they receive a receipt or not. Also, I know they don't accept copies, and we need the receipt for the warranty on the clutch. I also know that DFD do not send back documents. When we have our annual review they ask for original documents and we have requested items back such as wage slips and they have told us they need to keep originals and cannot return any documentation.

So, its kind of good news, but stil there is hassle.
