I've not had one but then I haven't used the card for ages so it may well be I don't get one.

I am going to start withdrawing my money today. Something just isn't feeling right with me. It is now a week to go until expiry and I have rang them and had emails off them but still no card. If anybody gets their new one could you please post on here that you have it. All they have to say is they are not issuing any new ones and I wouldn't mind so much, but just imagine if you were going on holiday and needed the card now, nightmare!

Something smells a funny colour here. Glad I have the 02 card instead but would be withdrawing my money ASAP if I had the paypal one.

Starting to withdraw my money as from today. Still no sign of a new card and I just do not want to take the chance of them going off with my money. Just applied for a bread card and will give that a go instead.

I don't blame you.

I'm glad I've nothing left on mine.

I've had nothing through so I assume mine will just expire.

Got my new pin through yesterday which is great. I have withdrawn all my money off of it now and ordered a bread card. I think it is terrible that they have come so late. My hubby hasn't got a prepaid card so he can have this one now. It just made me very nervous when there was less than a wekk and no new card especially when they aren't accepting new applications.

Hi Lesly,
I've emailed customer services and just got a reply saying that they will start sending out replacement cards from the 19th August, whether I get charged for the renewal is something I will have to wait and see, I've seen somewhere that they are scrubbing the renewal fee for people who use the card alot.

Its good news for me as I use the card regularly as it doesn't cost me a penny ( I top up via my paypal account ) but its a pity that they are not accepting new customers as its an excellent 'top up' card,

Just been on phone to paypal and the topup card we have now is valid till March 31st then the new company will take over on the 1st of April 2011, they are called prepaid solutions, if you have money on your card after the 31 they will post a cheque. a new card will be sent out nearer april but if your current card runs out soon they will issue you with a new one like normal. i forgot to ask will they be advertizing the top up card agane when its taken over.
