Get registered on Justabank, it is really good. You can see exactly what is happening with your IVA.
Hi Jan

But wow, so much info on there

But did say on home page as general advice, that my I&E is due, please contact payplan ...which i have done !! almost 5 times this morning...But they dont seem they wanna do it...
Bet they fail me after 4th year or something...Its always been my case...last minute luck leaves me :-(

Have you spoken to your actual case worker? His/her details should be on the site.

It's really good isn't it?

If you get no joy from your case worker, try emailing your IP direct.

You can find them via this link:

My case officers reply today....

Further to your email, your arrangement is running fine, you are not breaching
your arrangement but by not doing the Income & Expenditure review now, we will
review once your circumstances have changed and you have found employment. You
are now entering into the 3rd year of your arrangement.

That sounds fine, k24civic. It sounds as though your IP does not feel an income and expenditure review would be worthwhile at this stage, and he has reason to suggest that to your creditors.

Keep a copy of the email just in case a different employee at the practice asks you for information and there will be absolutely no cause for concern. Just remember to keep copies of your jobseekers documents etc, so you can supply these to your IP when requested.

:)
Take care,
