Hey....2 years completed of my IVA can't believe there are still 4 more to go but just got to stick at it and try and see the light at the end of the tunnel. Just submitted my annual review to Payplan via the app and it asked me to book an appointment for someone to call me. Firstly I couldn't even get a free appt until the beginning of November! And secondly I don't think I recall having a call last year....is this something new? Not really bothered just seems a bit pointless it's going to happen after my revised payments have been put in place! They must be very busy if there are no appts for a month!

Not so much busy as under staffed -- they have recently undergone a 're-organisation' which, I believe, saw many staff let go.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
