All (well those ones waiting for their certificates) - any recent success stories with folks receiving their completion certificates?
Gemma! - are your guys making good progress in clearing the backlog? Can you tell us how they are being prioritised? Is it random or clearing the oldest ones first? Thanks
I am not sure it is fair to ask Gemma questions about general caseload progression on the forum, or whether she would be prepared to answer those sort of global questions.

Hi Sebastian29. I'd emailed my CO on Tuesday with similar questions,as no-one had posted about receiving it following the mass variation. She replied with the same none-plussed answer - that they are working through them and can't give timescales. I've since read 1 post yesterday. X
