So my last payment left bank on the 16th March.

They already show my next payment due as £0.

They’ve reviewed my March payslip today and said nil extra to pay into the IVA.

Sent it to the closure team now.

Let’s see how long it takes to get the certificate?

I’ll update for anyone in similar circs with Payplan as it’s always good to know current timescales.

Nearly there!

Well done on getting to the end, isn't it a great feeling!

I made my final payment by way of a F&F to Payplan on Nov 7th 2017 and got my completion certificate at the start of Feb this year.

I had all sorts of issues with Payplan and most were caused by their failure to do anything in a timely fashion or actually do it at all, a subject I have ranted about on here previously.

By the time I had made my last payment I was only too aware of their failings so after 10 weeks I started hounding Payplan to the point that I probably got my completion certificate in 11 weeks just to get rid of me lol.

My advice would be to not just let the weeks roll on, get on the phone every other day and chase them.

Thank you and thank you for keeping me going in the last few months. I was a late comer to this forum but glad I found it eventually.

I think I will start to hound them in 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 6 weeks...and so on. I won’t rest until that bit of paper has arrived!

We are with Payplan and just completed our annual review on 20th March, this will be our 7th year. Due to Northern Rock being one of our creditors for an un-secured loan and had to extend it by 1 year as when I went on maternity leave with my son got made redundant 1 week after and was being refused SMP by my employer and took 6months battling to eventually got it paid by HMRC, then on JSA for 6months to I finally got another job. (During that time we made token payments)

My question is what are there process currently for last year & the dreaded equity please?

Hi

I’m not sure what the process is as I didn’t have a house to sell anymore so I had to complete an extra year of payments which I knew about two years into my iva knew I was going to have to do a 6 year Iva in lieu of the equit clause. Maybe start a new post so someone can answer this for you. Sorry I couldn’t help.
