Getting on for 8 months here! I thought things would be simple after the mass variation, with all admin at the final stages and sending out the certificate would be a formality.

My last payment was in April 2012. Although i have only just received my completion certificate I did receive a letter stating that I had made all the payments - ask your case manager for this if you think you need it - know its not the magic certificate but at least you have proof all the payments have been made.

Congrats on getting your certificate!! I made my last payment last july and ppi has gone through. Case worker confirmed all payments made and will issue certificate as soon as possible, so fingers crossed!! Can't wait :)

Good luck. After all the waiting I was actually quite disappointed when I got my certificate as I was kind of expecting a real certificate lol. That piece of paper is so special though and will eventually be framed. Good luck everyone with with your own journeys :-)

yes it does not look much does it.a bit of a4 looking likes its been photocopied.when my wife got hers she was like "where the certificate tho"not realizing that was it.worth its weight in petrol tho.
well done again janey hopefully get mine around christmas time this year(with a bit of luck)

I am prepared for the certificate to be on a measly slip of paper -- but I still want it delivered by a dozen scantily clad cheerleaders and a marching band !!!!
