Hi, need to know what a Payplan IvA completion certificate looks like as I think I've been sent a fake one from another company.

"Certificate" is a misnomer -- it is just a paragraph on a sheet of paper stating that you have fulfilled your responsibilities and the IP has no further interest. I should be accompnied by the final report as well ( that might arrive under separate cover.

That sounds really odd - what benefit would a third party have in sending you a fake completion certificate?

It's just a letter from your IP confirming that your IVA has completed.
I'm a licensed IP with 16+ yrs at Neville & Co covering the South West area. I have a YouTube channel with advisory videos on here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMPTTu ... Z5k9ZcC2MA http://www.nevilleco.co.uk 01752 786800 Lisa@nevilleco.co.uk

Some firms use a third party mail processing centre --- could be from Payplan but via a processing centre .... what exactly have you been sent, Rachel ?

Hi there,

Out of interest how long did it take to get your letter through after last payment? Waiting for my letter of completion to arrive from Payplan. They quoted me 3 weeks....haha that’s already been and gone.

We made the last payment on my wife's IVA last September. The completion paperwork arrived last week. There were no complications.

I made my final payment at the beginning of Nov 2017 and got the completion cert in the first week of Feb 2018, 3 months to the day.

However, I hounded Payplan for it as it took them forever (and longer) to do anything I asked for.
