PayPlan "Final Review" ??

Do PayPlan do a Final Review after requesting a full and final settlement and setting up a variation meeting?

Until the IVA is completed you and they are still bound by it -- if a review is due they will (should) do it. They will have to do one to confirm that you have complied in the previous 12 months ( or the period from the last review ).

I submitted a review of the last year not too long ago.. Just wondering if at the time of making the F&F Payment or just before it are they going to ask me to submit more bank statements or now that the variation meeting has been proposed will they just leave it as it is?

sorry just to add they've got my p60 for last year and my last 3 months payslips. But they haven't requested any statements as of this year.

I ended my IVA early with a full and final on payments to date, for which they did a review just before the meeting. When my IP did the closure reports he stated to creditors that he wasn't going to conduct a final review because it would merely be a repeat of what was recently done --- maybe yours will do the same ( does seem sensible).

Fingers crossed! It sounds like they're doing a review to see if our wage has increased (which it hasn't) and therefore we'd essentially have to pay back more in the F&F.
