Our first year was just the last three months payslips, then it went to quarterly.

Have never had to supply them with bank statements at all.

I'm still impressed at the moment.

I send my P60, i can't remember if they asked for it last year, but i just sent it with my payslips this year.

I thought they wanted it to check that you didn't have a second job? I was under the impression that you only get one P60 and any additional earnings from other jobs would be on there too. Maybe i'm wrong and someone would like to correct me though!

I used to send the last two payslips and my P60 for the annual review, and my November and December payslips to show the annual bonus and the previous month for comparison.

I think it may all depend upon your IP.

...And maybe your actual agreement, it seems to differ from case to case even with the same I.P.
Kallis and I are both with Payplan yet I am only required to send info in annually and Kallis is quarterly....

The first year was just the last three payslips then for some reason they changed it.

How have they been with payrises with you? Has it been left until your annual review before they decide whether or not they want any extra?

In the first yr I told them about my payrise but they said to wait till my next review, because of the cost of living generally has gone up no extra was required to pay.
Since then I just tell them how much I earn at each annual review.

Hmmm, just had a phone from my case officer asking me did I want a car insurance quote as they may be able to save me money,

I declined as I have already sorted it out for this yr.

Its amazing that they took an age to get in touch for my annual review but as soon as they realise that my car insurance was due they are on the phone straight away.....commission based me thinks[;)]

Our house insurance has just been up for renewal and we had no contact from them at all about that.

Seems as though they all follow different rules!

Everyone is making me very scared to be with Payplan, who 3 months agao seemed perfect, and we were over the moon with them. I hope we will be ok.
