We were sent a letter initially about the mass variation and have now had the results and are quite happy.

From what I can gather from our letters they have not been allowed the claim for funds for the variation meeting.

I am not surprised by that. I think creditors are getting a little tired of large firms making substantial money out of mass variation schemes - but it is rather unfair given that a lot of work would probably have gone into this exercise.

Hi Janey, I am very sorry to read that you were not aware of the Mass Variation Meeting that was held last week. Letters were sent out to all clients involved to inform them of what was happening and what was required of them. I can only assume that your letter was lost in the mail, however you should be able to log into your PayplanPlus account to find out more.

Hyperdrive, I am sorry that arranging your F&F meeting seems to be taking so long, I understand that you and your wife must be getting frustrated and just want it to all be sorted. As you can imagine we are extremely busy at the moment with the MVM, but we are working through them as quick as we can.

Sorry to all that received the text message regarding the meeting, there was a glitch with our text messaging system and it was sent in error.
Many Thanks
Gemma

Morning Gemma - thank you for the update! Are you able to confirm if you have started to issue completion certificates now? It would be a great relief to think we could have it before the me year.

Hi Sebastian, I am not entirely sure. I am checking this with our IPs and will get back to you as soon as I hear anything.
Many Thanks

That would be much appreciated Gemma. I'm sure there are many folks on this board whose hopes have been raised and are now checking the daily post with much anticipation!

Hi. I tried to get timescales from my CO, and her reply on the 10/12 just briefly stated that 'hopefully the CC won't be too much longer for me, and PP are working on them as much as they can at the moment'. /I received an annual 'default statement' from a creditor in September, and funds appear to have been distributed from my F&F, so I'm hoping for early New Year. Fingers still crossed for all those still waiting from Payplan and others. x

I am sure that with all of the variation meetings now out of the way, Payplan will be able to work their way through the Completion Certificates. All IPs are incredibly busy at the moment in dealing with similar issues, and the ongoing patience of our clients is much appreciated.
