i just checked my justabank account and found that my case officer has changed again.
is there a general reason why they do this as just as i get on first name terms with one officer another takes there place.
surley the knowledge they build up would be best suited to keep a regular case officer for a decent lenghth of time.
this must be my 6th officer in 2 years

Perhaps the old case officer has left?

Hi

The main reason why your case officer changes while you are in your IVA is firstly you will have one to set up the plan and then another to supervise your plan for the five years.
The staff in the department tend to move around the company, as do all departments within the company, this is purely because all staff are given the opportunity to expand their knowledge on all areas of our business and most of them jump at the opportunity.

Thanks
Lizzy

Staff turnover in a larger company is bound to be higher than in smaller practices, and good for Payplan for giving their staff the opportunity to expand their knowledge with a variety of roles. So long as the handover is efficient, and clients know that they can speak directly to their IP at any time they need to, this should not present a problem.
