Hi been reading a lot on here about payplan recently being closed over xmas and have to say was surprised that they were closed and can see how people would be anxious if they needed to contact them.

However feel its only fair to say I had a serious problem over xmas and couldnt contact them until Jan 4th but when i did what a breath of fresh air they were , I have had to deduct £ 200 from my payment for Jan due to unforseen expenses arising from a car accident and they were more than helpful.

I have 1 year left now and have found them fantastic throughout, i have had a couple of different supervisors and they have been very good.

I would recommend them to anyone and wish anyone luck considering the IVA route, its tough but certainly not as tough as my life was prior to IVA.

Andy

Hi Andy,

Great post and always nice to hear individual opinions on their chosen company.

Other than not having any contact for almost two weeks, which I don't think is a good service, I have had no problems with them at the moment.
