Spoke to CCCSVA and I am told that they will have to carry out an interim review with new I&E as soon as I get my first pay slip with the new amount. They would not give me an indication of whether I would have to pay it all over or part etc, so none the wiser?!?! Just have to decide wehether to accept the promotion on this basis I suppose

You would have thought you could have kept some wouldn't you? Mine only look at payrises at annual review time.

Don't forget that some of your expenditure will probably have gone up as well.

The other way to look at is that even if you have to pay most of it across now, the IVA won't last for ever but the promotion and extra pay will be there at the end for you to enjoy.
