My IVA was agreed but the agreement allowed me to have the basic pension from work. I did not have a pension at the start can I start one off.

You are normally allowed to have a pension if you are paying in the minimum required to remain a member of the scheme. If there was no pension scheme in place at the time of your meeting it may be allowable to join now. You would need to speak to your IP.

I've been allowed to stay in my pension. I pay 6.8% towards it.
