Synstaff, while I'm not planning to use your organisation myself, I think it is commendable that you have offered assistance via this forum. I am sure that anyone having questions relating to your organisation will find this very beneficial and in the long run it can only benfit Synergi.

All the best

Andy

I finished up with SYnergi, having started with Neville Eckley and the staff in the Taunton Office, real heroes they were to me, only for them to be made redundant and my case to be passed after 3 years to N Eckley Cambridge office who werent as helpful and who were basically snowed under. Then that office closed too and I was passsed to Synergie Partners who spent for ever trying to find my paperwrok, and then to eventually put all my details onto their system.
I had to call Synergi and their IPs many a time, directly, to try and get my details sorted and all the lose ends sorted with regard to losing the full and final..
Hope this is helpful, I finally finshed after nearly 6 years at a massive dividend and with no interedt in thr equity relesae but it was really hard getting synergy to track down my originsl I P
! I hate credit cards !

Welcome from me too. Very commendable that you have decided to join the forum to put your firm's point across.

I know Neville Eckley, and he is an absolute gent, but I think he is more or less retired now.

Welcome from me to. If all IVA providers would do as you do and read and deal with live issues affecting thousands of debtor's then we will be making tremendous strides in communicating to the outside world. Well done whoever you are from Synergi.
