Any idea how I would go to court to get direction?

Freeman Jones have issued me with a notification of a breach in the arrangement and 30 days to comply.

They are not answering my questions. But avoiding them.

I also do not believe that Freeman Jones would tell the whole truth about this sage if a creditors meeting was setup.

Am I not allowed to act on my own behalf. As Freeman Jones will not answer me why it took so long from me telling them in December 2012 I have the money to May 2013 issuing me a breach.

You can make an application for directions to Court under Section 263 of the Insolvency Act 1986, if you disagree with a decision made by your IP. Probably best to get a solicitor involved if you can, to ensure you get the procedures right.
