Hi just wondered if you get personal injurys payout does it all go towards your iva? if so does it make any diffrence to the iva payments?? if that makes sense?

If it is for pain and suffering it is likely exempt but loss of wages tends to be captured as a windfall. You could use the exempt part to offer a full and final settlement but chat it over with your IP who will probably need to see a breakdown of any award.
