i heard about this on the radio and by law vets are not allowed to charge for prescriptions. im a 100% on this.

Vets are allowed to charge you for prescriptions - up until October last year they couldn't, but then the law was changed.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Just to say I know people who get a prescription then take it to Northolm in Sunderland (Houghton Le Spring) they have a website the lady who owns it is a qualified Vet I understand and you get the medication at a lower cost. May be worth checking out for anyone interested. Oscar

I think there's quite a few online sites who do pet medication much cheaper than the vet does - one of my neighbours uses one but not sure what it's called.
