It's shockingly easy, i'm right with you johnz. Have a register by all means but make it private access so that say, my mother, who doesn't know i'm bankrupt can stumble across it and get the shock of her life and dodgy companies cannot plaque everyone with letters.

As it's a government organisation registered under the DPA for said purpses, displaying the information is not in breach of the DPA, as long as the information is accurate and complete.
