Just had my first phone call from my biggest creditor (Barclays)
Surprisingly very helpful and understanding !!
Was expecting pressure and stuff but nothing of the sort !!!

She was lovely !! very understanding, found out what direct debits id got outstanding (which were none so all bills have been paid this month), tood down details of DFD and was more concerned that if she froze my account that i would be left with no money !!! hope they are all like that !!!

Some of the creditors are quite understanding and helpful and some are like vultures.I hope you get all the nice ones DD and if you do get any nasties just ignore them because they can't hurt you x

Beware MBNA - the preoverbial 'elephant in the room'

They absolutely plagued me right up until the moment the IVA came into force

By contrast RBS never contacted me at all

MBNA never phoned,nor did RBS who were my biggest Creditor. Only ones to call with Capital One, Amex and Simply be!

Glad to hear Barclays have improved! They were a nightmare with me. I think it was them who put me on an automatic call system that called me about every 45 minutes.

god thats harsh !!! barclays are my biggest creditor so fingers crossed the others will leave me alone !! they made sure all my bills were paid before they froze my account too !!!

The best way to stop getting hassle off creditors is to break your leg in 2 places and then develop infection from the subsequent operation. I recently had 6 weeks in hospital and not one call[:D]
