Hey Robson !!
My meeting is set for 11 April at 10:45 !! It was 5 days from sending my pack back. Basically the minute they receive it all back signed, they fax it straight across to your creditors. I got a date for my meeting the next day !! It all seems to happen very quickly once it all gets going xx

I agree about MBNA being a nasty lot.

Mine started off being very pleasant and I thought they were very helpful, but quickly found that no matter what I told them, someone else would ring me back later that day or the next day and deny knowing anything, so I just gave up trying to have a conversation with them anymore after that as it was futile and from then on refused to either answer the phone or go through their security details

Mbna where my nightmare, stalking me morning , noon and night. My boss got really peed off with me for their persistent calling me at work. They even asked me could I not borrow the monthly payment from a friend or colleague. Nat west where my largest radiator and never bothered meonce
Last payment made April 2012
Certificate received 1st Nov 2012

MBNA were awful! They were a nightmare too! Some sterling advice from them was to not pay other debts so I could pay them! Nice customer service LOL

Barclaycard were like that with me, well Mercers who were acting for them, told me not to pay other creditors to pay them and also told me not to go into an IVA as they could reach an agreement with me instead

I never answered the phone to Mercers until the day my IVA was accepted. Thankfully they didn't have either my mobile or works numbers but they were relentless during the day at home.

I was able to ignore them as we'd got BT Broadband talk at the time and it was a different phone number - the old one was still operational so I used to plug the old phone in and just clear all of the messages they had left for me!!

Send it on to your IP. They'll deal with it for you.
