I had a phone call this morning from my IP to say that there does't seem to be any problems for me to go on to a iva and they will send my proposal in the post in the next couple of days. I know I am A long way off for getting the situation sorted. But I am happy to know it might eventually get sorted out. two weeks ago I was in such a state. and know there is light at the end of the tunnel. I will keep posting and let everybody know our I get on. and thankyou all for your support.
