I'm free :)

IVA started August 2013
IVA completed March 2014
IVA type - lump sum
Firm - PJG Recovery
IP - Sue Clay

Thanks to Sue Clay and her team (Amie John, Claire Jackson, Liz Lawton, Nicola Stingl and a none I've missed) and Andy Davie who reffered me to them.

From day 1 they have been most helpful and accommodating with bot Sue and Melanie both taking the time to answer my calls questions quickly and when they should probably be at home!

I was worried initially as I had got into the mess I was in, in a rather stupid embarrassing and somewhat unusual way, I had feared I'd be judged a stupid fool who deserved what he got, but I sensed no judgement or tutting just helpful solutions and advice as to how to proceed

I can heartily recommend Sue and her team or Melanie (spoke to her in early stages) to anyone in a financial mess

A warning about some other firms, I was given bad advice by one firm (can't recall who), who stated I wouldn't be able to do a lump sum. I'm very glad that both Andy and Melanie put me right on this

We are really glad that we have been able to help you on your journey to getting debt fee martinw, and are also very grateful to Andy Davie for taking the decision that we were the best firm to recommend to you.

Always glad to see a happy client, and as the owner of the business I am really pleased to see that we have managed to get you closure and complete our PPI investigation well on target.

My very best of luck to you for the future - and don't be a stranger on the forum as your words of wisdom and experience are shared by many.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Well actually between speaking with Andy and you being appointed, I decided having read these forums that I wanted to go with your firm(and insisted on it), but I think without Andy I'd never have started down the IVA route.

Aah - now that makes absolute sense!

Andy's advice is brilliant - moreso because he has actually followed the same journey himself.
